Chapter Three
Last it does, through a third week and then a fourth. Summer arrives hot and breezy, and we fuck in cornfields and across the hoods of cars. Gabriel and Nye, they torment me with ice cubes, sup sparkling champagne from out of my navel, and goad each other on in an eternal quest to make me come twice in a row.
Through all this time, Gabriel maintains his obsession with watching us fuck. Sometimes I watch him writhe with pleasure, as if he is me and my bliss is his when Nye’s cock slides deep inside of me. Other times he pushes Nye aside and jealously keeps me all to himself. It’s those times that I love him most, even as my fear swells that he’ll call off the whole arrangement.
It’s Wednesday evening when I swagger into Nye’s bar after work and perch on a bar stool right before him. “What are you having?” he asks, while he swirls a cloth around a glass.
“You and an alcopop.”
He turns his head from side to side, surveying the dimly lit bar. It’s still quiet. A few patrons are dotted around on the leather couches reading newspapers and watching old sports reruns on the flat screen on the far wall. He hands me a drink, passing me something fluorescent blue, then nods his head at the other member of staff. “I’m going upstairs, Rose, to check everything’s fine for the booking tonight. Holler up if it gets busy.”
“Sure thing, whatever.” She crosses her arms and looks bored.
“Come with me.” He takes me by the hand, and leads me upstairs whilst I suck my neon drink through a straw. We enter the function room upstairs and he immediately thrusts me up against the bar. “Does Gabriel know you’re here?”
“Sent him a text.” I prove it by flashing Nye a glimpse of my phone.
“So, he’s on his way over.”
“Expect so.” When it’s a toss-up between after-work five-a-side or some good old-fashioned sexing, I know which one is likely to win out. Chances are Gabriel’s already battling the rush-hour traffic in his quest to be here.
Nye gently strokes the side of my throat. “That doesn’t give us long for the warm-up act.” He raises his brows, making me realize that he’s asking me a question. In response, I promptly put aside my drink.
This, of course, is playing doubly naughty, but part of me revels at the idea of Gabriel arriving and catching us in the act. I’ve barely exchanged a kiss with Nye without Gabriel being around directing events. Then again, I don’t want to jeopardize our arrangement. I want it to last. As consternation sets in, I slowly drag my teeth over my lower lip. I want this. God, I’m so ready for Nye and his warm-up act after the dog-eared day I’ve had at work, but, “Shit! Gabriel might not like it.”
Nye rubs his perpetually stubby chin. “Afraid he’ll punish us?”
“Or worse.” I bite my lip again.
“Worth the risk?” he asks, leaning forward to give me a kiss, which I accept hesitantly.
